Refund Policy

1. The 30-day money-back guarantee

Any purchase (a pack of credits or the Team plan) can be refunded within 30 days of the charge for the credits you have not spent: an unused purchase comes back in full, a partly used one minus the credits already spent at the price per credit you paid. Just email support@knowstash.ai from the address on your account (a receipt or the rough purchase date helps but isn't required). We'd rather part as friends.

The KnowStash Chrome extension itself is free to install and contains no purchases. Credits are bought only on knowstash.ai, so this policy covers everything you can ever pay for.

2. How refunds are processed

Payments run through Paddle, our merchant of record, so refunds do too: we confirm your request (normally within two business days) and Paddle returns the money to your original payment method. Banks typically show it within 5-10 business days. Refunded purchases have their remaining credits removed from the balance, along with any bonus credits that came with them.

3. Nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel

• Credits are paid for once. There is no subscription, no renewal, and no charge you need to stop. When you run low we email you a link to buy again; whether you do is up to you.
• If you are still on one of the earlier monthly plans, cancelling is not a refund request and doesn't need one. Cancel any time under Account: you keep the plan and its credits until the end of the period you've paid for, and nothing renews after that. Want the last payment back too? 4. EU withdrawal right

If you're a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on digital purchases. Our 30-day guarantee is deliberately broader, and using it never waives your statutory rights. They apply in full alongside this policy.

5. Fair play

The guarantee exists so trying KnowStash is risk-free, not as a way to run large workloads for free on a loop. Repeated cycles of buying, spending heavily, and refunding may lead us to decline further refunds beyond your statutory rights. we'll always tell you before that ever happens.

6. Free credits

The free credits on signup, and the bonus credits of a promotion, carry no cash value. There's nothing to refund, only to enjoy.
