An interview, as a note
Paste a link to an interview, say what you want from it, and send. KnowStash
saves the video and writes the note while you watch, and when you ask for
timestamps, every quote links to the moment it was said. Here, a half-hour
markets interview becomes the strategist's calls and every number she gave.
Leave the box empty to process a video now, ready for the results call you'll
get to later. When you do, Suggest gives you a place to start, and a small
card in the sidebar tells you when the note is ready, so you can get on with
your day.

Every review, one question
Some questions need more than one video. Put every review of a product in a
queue and ask them all one question: here, every complaint by feature, with
the reviewer and the moment they said it. Choose one note per video, one
note from all of them, or one note that stays up to date as you add more.

Follow an expert's channel
A monitor follows a YouTube channel, a search or a playlist for you. Add the
channel, pick how often it runs and the most a run may spend, and let in only
the videos you want: here, the ones with “rates” in the title. Preview the
next run to see what would come in, and what it would cost, before anything
is added.
New videos collect in a queue of their own, Note keeps one brief up to date,
and Newsletter emails you what the new notes say. Here it follows an expert's
weekly channel on container shipping rates.

Find what was said
Everything you make lands in one library. Search your notes, open a video to
see its chapters and the notes you've made from it, and ask it something new:
a three-hour podcast that's already saved costs only the note. Keep the
instructions your team uses a lot as prompts, and file notes and videos into
a collection per client or project.

Bring your team
The Team plan is one annual invoice, shared by you and up to 5 people, with
one library and one balance of credits between you. Invite a colleague by
email: they open the link, join, and find the team's notes, videos, queues
and prompts, each with the name of the person who made it. Joining moves
them into the team's workspace, and their own notes wait, untouched, until
they leave.
Pick a teammate under Written by to see their notes. A video one of you
saves is saved for everyone, so the team never pays for it twice. As the
owner, you send the team's newsletters to everyone, hand the team over or
remove someone from the menu beside their name, and see in Spend where the
credits went, person by person.

Credits, spend and the Team plan
Sooner or later, someone asks what it all costs. Your balance is in the
corner, under your name: hover over it and pick Account. Credits come in
batches, each with its own expiry date, and the one that expires first is
spent first.
Buy credits in packs: each pack is paid once, and nothing is charged
automatically. At checkout, a company in the EU adds its VAT number, and the
invoice comes by email. When colleagues need the same library, switch to the
Team plan: one annual invoice, shared by you and up to 5 people, with a
workspace and a balance of its own. Spend shows where the credits went, and a
charge made by a queue or monitor carries its name, so you can see what each
project cost.
